2023 RED Awards – Architecture & Construction
Ideal Consulting Group was honored as the recipient of the 2023 New York City Architect of the Year in Sustainability and Smart Building.
The Real Estate Development (RED Awards) was founded by Selman Yalcin in 2021 with the goal to highlight the best and brightest talent of the real estate industry in New York City. The RED events have grown to create an effective platform for industry leaders to connect with high performing colleagues and grow their network. Year after year, the RED Awards proves to be a catalyst for the great accomplishments we see in the fields of real estate, architecture, and construction.
This year (2023), Ideal Consulting Group (iC) was recognized as the Architect of the Year in Sustainability and Smart Buildings. iC was awarded this honor for their work in providing innovative designs that also helped to employ technology to reduce energy consumption, reduce carbon footprint of buildings, and increase the level of communication between building systems and their owners. Through strategic partnerships and by introducing forward thinking initiatives and integrated sustainable design practices across all building typologies, Ideal Consulting Group has been at the forefront of moving the industry forward towards a zero carbon future.
